Technical informationThe data of low melting point optical glass after annealed at -30 ℃/h, which is different from nd and ud of glass in the final practical application.
The cooling rate in the precision molding process is high, so the nd of products after precision molding is lower than the nd based on annealing at -30℃/h as provided on the certificate of quality. The reduction degree of nd depends on glass brands, precision molding process and geometric shapes of products, etc.
The difference between the refractive index nd and Abbe number of each batch of products ud from the standard value is generally within the following tolerance range:
nd：±50×10-5；
υd：±0.5%。
If there is any special requirement, the Company may adjust the nd and ud of glass approximately as required by customers.
